Heard on the Eleven O'Clock News that my favorite Oldies station is now history.
While I might like the listen to what's replacing it on occasion, it looks as if I'm going to have to find myself another favorite Oldies station. WERK out of Muncie is a very realistic possibility--though I doubt if it has the range that GOLD 104.5 did. With WGLD, I could even get it as far away as Bloomington.
Anyway, I'm certainly going to miss that station and the cheerful crew that gave it so much personality...
