Therefore, my makeover has mostly taken place in Cyberspace.
I'm coming along with my About Me webpage over at Blogit.com, and I've totally redone my profile page at Epinions.com.
Anyway--as part of my new profile page on the latter--I've created a special blog to link from there, and I'd like for you to take a look at it:
My first entry there is a really neat one, because it features links to some wonderful stories (some fiction and some non-fiction) by some very special people.
I'm sure that future entries will be at least reasonably-entertaining, as well.
I've managed to write all the way through 60 Minutes, and it's also a little too late to get in on Cold Case now, as well.
However--unless there's some kind of "Can't miss!" program on another station--I'm really wanting to take some time out to watch Grey's Anatomy tonight.
I got to watch part of it last week.
Don't even ask me about my TV!
I think I'm going to write about it in my newsletter--that and my lovely toilet--when I put out the next issue. Eventually, it will be posted in my AJ's Newz blog here.
Right at the moment, I'm not the happiest camper, because I don't like the reviews I've seen of In The Air, and I haven't been able to get hold of Paul and see what the story is.
The play seems to enjoy a favorable audience, so I hope that there are other reviews besides those three that I've read--and I hope that people won't read those reviews and end up being discouraged from attending.
They weren't out-and-out pans. It's just that they were saying that there wasn't that much to the play, although each of the reviews seemed to also say something nice about it and/or the playwright (Paul).
If you like a sentimental, sensitive, meaningful, historical, romantic, low-key kind of drama, this would definitely be just what the doctor ordered for you!
Personally, I think there should be more of this kind of entertainment, because it would be so good for our psyches.
Remember a time when we had less crime and more values?
Compare the entertainment of then and now.
Anyway, I want to talk to Paul, so I'm not going to spend a lot of time on my soapbox at this time.
Also--as I said before--I want to watch Grey's Anatomy!
I have a very special cousin in its cast!
Even though he and I haven't met, I know and love a lot of his relatives--and it was his grandpa who not only played a big part in making me the top salesperson in my class (grades 5-8) when it came to selling magazines (plus, he was just over all nice and neat to have around), but he was also the one who ended up giving my mom away on her wedding day to my dad (because the winter weather kept both my grandpa and uncle 100 miles away)--and, as they say, the rest is history!!!
And, on this note, I'll close...
